ADMISSION
Transparent Admissions • No Donation • Merit-Based Selection
At Assam Rifles Public School, Keithelmanbi, admissions are conducted through a transparent, fair, and merit-based process. No donation or capitation fee is accepted under any circumstances.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Admission Forms can be obtained from the School Office free of cost or can be downloaded from the website of the school.

  • The completed Admission Form, along with all required documents, must be submitted to the School Office on or before the notified date.

  • Applicants are required to appear for an Admission Test in English, Hindi, Mathematics, and General Studies. A personal interaction/interview may also be conducted to assess the student's overall suitability for admission.

  • Admissions are granted strictly on merit and subject to the availability of seats.

ORDER OF PREFERENCE

Preference for admission is given in the following order:

  • Children of serving Assam Rifles personnel, Ex-Assam Rifles personnel, and widows of Assam Rifles personnel.

  • Children of Defence, Paramilitary Forces, and Central Government employees transferred during the current academic session.

  • Children of other serving personnel.

  • Civilian applicants, subject to the availability of seats.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
The following documents are required at the time of admission :
a) Transfer Certificate (T.C) form the school last attended duly attested by the school Education Officer of the State.
b) Character Certificate.
c) Birth Certificate.
d) Marks Sheet/Progress Report.
e) Caste / Tribe Certificate.
f) Medical Certificate.
g) Three recent passport size photographs of Student & Parent (One each).
