Aims and Objectives
Aim :

Assam Rifles Public School, Keithelmanbi is one of the nation's premier educational institutions, committed to academic excellence, character building, and the holistic development of every learner.


Established in 1987 at the historic Kangla Fort, Imphal, as Swami Vivekananda School, it was founded to serve the educational needs of the children of Assam Rifles personnel and the local community. The school was upgraded to the Secondary level in 2000, relocated to Keithelmanbi in 2004, and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi (Affiliation No. 1280007). In 2008, the Senior Secondary Section was introduced with Science and Humanities streams.


Today, the school continues to provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that empowers students to achieve academic excellence and grow into confident, responsible, and compassionate citizens.

Objectives :

The school strives to provide an enriching and inclusive educational experience that nurtures intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and moral development. Through a learner-centred approach grounded in Indian ethos and complemented by modern knowledge systems, the institution seeks to mould responsible, compassionate, environmentally conscious, and self-reliant citizens who will contribute meaningfully to the progress and unity of the nation.
